ENGLISH: ATTENTION!!!!
– NEW Race start for AR European Series: 21:00 (Friday 6 may)
– The kayaking, ropes and orienteering knowledge and skills documents must be signed and handed in during the registration. If the team doesn’t sign, it won’t be allowed to take part into the race.
– A medical certificate signed by a doctor confirming that you are able to do endurance sports is required. It must be e-mailed before the race or shown at the registration.

– Nuovo orario di partenza per la gara lunga del ARES: anticipato alle ore 21:00
– Al controllo materiale verrà fatto firmare un documento che attesta le vostre skill riguardo Kayak, via ferrata ed orientamento.
– Ricordate di portare copia del vostro certificato medico per gare di Endurance, Orienteering o Adventure Race.
